Country Report—Korea
The Korea’s full name is “The Republic Of Korea”. It is a small country of the edge of Asia[1]. It is founded in 1948[2]. It is located in the east of the world. Korea is consist by two part: north of Korea and south of Korea. We always talk about the south of Korea, the number of population of south of Korea is 48.87 million(by 2012)[1]. And the capital of Korea is Seoul. Korean people is enjoyed in doing sports. They have a variety of sporting activities and games. Korea is one of the countries which had hold Olympic Games and the FIFA World Cup. The 24th Summer Olympic Games were hold in Seoul, from September17 to October 2,1988[4]. The same as Korea’s sport, Korea’s economic also shas a quick rapid, because the government has many successful policies, in the 2012, the Korean economy has a growth rate of 6.2 percent[3].
